Hi! I'm Sarah!

I'm a yoga teacher and personal trainer with a passion for helping others discover the joy and freedom that comes with moving your body. For years, I struggled with my relationship to fitness and my body. I've been on both ends of the spectrum—unhealthily obsessed with "perfecting" my physique, to not caring about it at all, and everything in between. Through it all, I've learned to embrace where I am, appreciate what my body can do, and most importantly, enjoy the process.

Balance your Body, Mind, and Life

These days, I’m all about finding balance. I love running, strength training, yoga, and hiking—each activity brings something unique to my life, and I want to help others find their own mix of fitness that feels good. Whether it's a calming yoga flow or pushing your limits in the gym, I believe that fitness is about feeling empowered and connected to your body, not about hitting a certain number or standard.
